Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling space with proven revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Positive attitude and high energy, with strong character and integrity.
• Schedule flexibility to meet client consultations and weekly team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales in prospects' homes using our consultative process to fit client wants and investment range.
• Gather information on project-related products to present solutions.
• Create kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using design software.
• Prepare proposals and materials to present to clients with the goal of closing a sale.
• Maintain client communication throughout the process and celebrate delivering the dream kitchen/bathroom.
• Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings on Wednesdays and coaching sessions.
