Job summary

Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care across diverse populations in Tampa, FL.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, coordinating with families and physicians to ensure safe, effective outcomes. Responsibilities include delivering and updating care plans, documenting accurately, supervising aides, and maintaining infection control standards while traveling locally to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program.
• RN license in good standing for the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Must read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company mission, vision, and values at all times.
• Perform initial and ongoing home health assessments, including OASIS.
• Re-evaluate nursing needs and outcomes; support recovery or maintenance.
• Develop and revise the Plan of Care; plan for discharge.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, team, and physicians.
• Ensure infection control and OSHA compliance in care delivery.
• Coordinate services and inform physicians of changes in condition.
• Complete timely documentation per policy.
• Supervise and mentor LVN/LPN, CNAs, and home health aides.
• Provide on-call services as assigned.
• Pursue continuing education and maintain competency.
