Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one home health care to patients from children to seniors in Florida.

RNs will assess and coordinate care, deliver skilled nursing services, and ensure adherence to treatment plans and agency policies. The role emphasizes compassionate patient interaction, strong documentation, and collaboration with physicians and care managers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare/MediCal and home health regulations.
• Proficiency with EMR and EVV systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilités

• Patient assessment, admission, and coordination of care with other disciplines, physicians and care managers
• Provide Nursing care and treatment of home care patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and with company policies and procedures
• Provide Nursing services in a pleasant, professional manner to maximize positive outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Ensure that all clinical assessments, care plans, starting and resumption of care are completed with agency guidelines. Must be deadline driven
• Train, Coach and Direct clinical staff in the performance of their clinical duties.
• Responsible for compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and processes relevant to home health
