Job summary

Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies. The role includes comprehensive assessments, planning, and ongoing evaluation of care to support recovery and maintenance of life functions.

The RN will supervise nursing personnel, perform on-call duties, ensure compliance with third-party payers, and maintain clinical competency through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience as an RN in a clinical care setting.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify needs, including OASIS.
• Develop, initiate, and revise the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
