Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in North Carolina. The role offers part-time hours with potential to grow to full-time, supported by a collaborative team and flexible scheduling.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement plans from a BCBA, and collect client data while collaborating with families. We offer training support, materials assistance, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel is required.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
