Job summary

Kennedy ABA in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy at home or in school, following BCBA-designed treatment plans, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

We offer flexible, part-time schedules (up to 30 hours/week), competitive pay of $25–$30/hour, paid training, certification assistance, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is required.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
