Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Burlington, NC area, with late afternoon and weekend hours. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a supportive team committed to delivering evidence-based care.

You will work 1:1 with children, implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, and collect data to track progress while collaborating with families to promote meaningful improvements in everyday

Qualifications

• Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
