Links ABA in North Carolina is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement programs, track progress with a simple data system, and collaborate closely with families.

Part-time after school, 10-20 hours per week, Monday–Friday; weekends as needed. We offer immediate openings, a flexible schedule, competitive pay with training compensation and BCBA supervision, tuition reimbursement, and strong back-office support

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
• Completed forty-hour RBT training.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals.
• Track progress using a data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
