Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Pounding Mills, VA area. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, under the guidance of a BCBA, delivering individualized ABA programs.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, PTO, and support for RBT certification and renewal. Join a supportive clinical team focused on child growth and skill development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; we offer certification support.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Ability to travel to client homes in the Pounding Mills area.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavior, and daily-living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress through session data and notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Remain active during sessions with children (sitting, walking, playing).
