Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy in the Woodbridge area. The role offers flexible part-time schedules and opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical team.

You will work in the child’s home under BCBA supervision, implementing personalized treatment plans and helping develop essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or employer support to obtain certification.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Woodbridge/Springfield area.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions; weekends as needed.
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children.
• Help develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Engage actively during sessions with children.
