Advanceable ABA VA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, in Culpeper and surrounding areas. Part-time, flexible scheduling with 15–25+ hours weekly depending on client needs. Earn $23–$29/hr, with paid training, PTO, and RBT certification support.

Join a supportive clinical team focused on helping children with autism build essential skills. You’ll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance, implement treatment plans, track progress, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or path to certification)
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with each child
• Help develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Engage actively with children during sessions (movement, play, learning)
