Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in the Lumberton, NC area. You’ll work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills in a natural home setting.

We offer competitive pay 21–25 USD per hour, paid training, flexible scheduling, PTO, RBT certification and renewal support, plus ongoing BCBA supervision to support your clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, support path to certification if needed.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children.
• Develop communication, social, play and daily-living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team; participate in supervision.
• Engage actively during sessions with children.
