Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in Greensboro, NC, and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their natural environments under BCBA supervision, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification with company support.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (1+ year preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Engage actively during sessions (sitting, squatting, walking, running, playing).
