Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Lumberton, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy. This part-time position offers flexible schedules and competitive pay in the home environment where children build daily living and communication skills.

You will work 15–25+ hours per week providing 1:1 ABA services under supervision, tracking progress, and collaborating with BCBA mentors to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or employer will support path to certification.
• 1+ year experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Lumberton, NC area.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA treatment plans and track progress with data and notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
