Job summary

Advanceable ABA NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Angier, NC and surrounding areas. Earn $23-$29/hr with flexible part-time or full-time schedules. You will work 1:1 in the child’s home, under BCBA supervision, using evidence-based ABA approaches to build essential skills.

We offer paid training, PTO, RBT certification and renewal support, and ongoing clinical growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification supported
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients' homes in Angier, NC area

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement
• Track progress with session data and notes
• Communicate with families and clinical team
• Participate in BCBA supervision and training
• Engage actively during sessions with movement and play
