Job summary

Advanceable ABA, headquartered in Angier, NC, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy. This part-time, flexible role offers in-home sessions with children in the Angier area, under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or the program to obtain it will be supported.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the Angier, NC area.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Mon-Fri; weekends as needed).
• 15-25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress with accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active and engaged during sessions with children.
