Job summary

HireCare Services in High Point, NC seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children reach developmental goals through structured teaching and positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
