Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults in in-home settings around Woodstock, GA. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication and reliability.
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required.
• Must meet background check requirements.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately
• Share observations with supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
