Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Douglasville, GA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience with autism or disabilities helpful but not required
• Able to meet background check requirements
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision and team meetings
• Build professional relationships with clients and families
