Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in their homes, under supervision from a BCBA. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and meet background check requirements.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete training.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record session data and complete documentation on time.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Build professional relationships with clients and families.
