Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work in-home with children and families in Wagoner, OK. You will receive BCBA supervision, paid training, and ongoing professional development.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication and daily living skills, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to support growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements; driving may be needed for client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and document accurately and on time.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build professional relationships with clients and families.
