Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children and families in Norman, OK. You will receive BCBA guidance, collaborate with a clinical team, and have opportunities for professional development.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate session data while building respectful relationships with clients and their families. This role emphasizes growth and hands-on practice.

Competenze

• RBT certification required or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication, reliability and a commitment to learning.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism in-home.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA and record session data accurately.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings; build professional relationships with clients and families.
