Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to implement plans and track progress.

We provide paid training and cover the cost of your RBT exam to help you launch your career, with opportunities for bilingual pay and weekly supervision. In‑home visits within a 30‑mile radius are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children; ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use tools to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (toileting, eating) as needed.
