Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work with a BCBA, delivering sessions in-home within a 20‑mile radius and maintaining progress notes.

The role offers paid training if not yet certified, recognition for bilinguals, and premium pay after 5 PM. A steady weekly schedule and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach for data collection and preference assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision from BCBA.
