Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for an in-home case in Clayton, NC. The role involves delivering direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA-approved plan, in mornings Mon–Fri, with a focus on consistency and family collaboration.

The ideal candidate is an active RBT with BACB registration, a high school diploma, and prior ABA experience. You’ll receive supervision, data collection duties, and a pathway toward BCBA supervision with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri mornings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Your BCBA is assigned before you start with plan and family support.
• Supervision includes competency assessments, observation and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide support and guidance.
