Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Raleigh area. You’ll work with families, schedule after-school sessions, and have a dedicated care manager and BCBA assigned before you start.

You’ll earn $23/hour for direct therapy and $10/hour for training and meetings, with part-time, flexible hours. Reliable transportation and weekday afternoon/evening availability are required; we support professional growth through supervision and the BCBA pathway.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT required or eligible for certification.
• Ability to travel to client homes in Raleigh area.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Commitment to data collection and notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA guidance.
• Collect session data and complete notes.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training.
