Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Clayton, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with children, implement individualized treatment plans, and track progress.

The role offers flexible afternoon and after-school schedules, paid training, PTO, and certification support, with opportunities to grow within ABA while helping families and children develop communication, social and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or path to certification supported by the company.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children
