Job summary

HireCare Services in Clayton, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA therapy. You will work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized treatment plans and data collection to support developmental goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time options, and opportunities for professional growth and mentorship from experienced BCBAs, making a meaningful impact in families across Clayton and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data during each session accurately.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
