Inclusive ABA CO LLC is hiring for in-person roles in the Denver area to provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) under BCBA supervision.

The position involves data collection, developing behavior plans, and collaborating with the BCBA and team to ensure effective treatment. Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and strong communication skills; a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities; able to work independently or in a team.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development of behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure effective treatment implementation.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior management techniques for challenging behaviors.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
