Job summary

Finni Health in Affton, MO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time, in-person role offers daytime and evening hours and a chance to impact children’s growth and confidence through personalized intervention.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and the BCBA, participate in team meetings and training, and ensure safety and consistency in sessions. Mileage reimbursement is provided for home visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children, especially with special needs, is preferred.
• Active CPR and RBT certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy and data collection.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor and families.
• Attend team meetings and training opportunities.
