Job summary

Finni Health in Fenton, MO is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children on the autism spectrum. You’ll collaborate with a BCBA, deliver individualized ABA therapy, and help kids build new skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CPR and RBT certifications required.
• Experience with children, especially with special needs, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA intervention in-home or in community settings.
• Record data on child progress and communicate with BCBA.
• Engage families and participate in team meetings and training.
