Job summary

Finni Health in Manchester, MO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

This part-time role offers daytime and evening hours, mileage reimbursement, PTO and sick days, and health benefits; you’ll help children build skills and confidence while collaborating with families.

Candidates must have RBT and CPR certifications, reliable transportation, and a passion for supporting kids with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially with special needs.
• Active CPR certification and reliable transportation.
• Active RBT certification.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community.
• Collect and record data on child's progress.
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
