Job summary

Finni Health is hiring an in-person Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Affton, MO. This part-time role offers daytime and evening hours and involves delivering in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, collaborate with families, participate in team meetings and ongoing training, and meet the minimum requirement of a high school diploma with CPR and RBT certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially with special needs.
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Reliable transportation and active CPR certification.
• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community.
• Collect and record data on child’s progress.
• Collaborate with families and the BCBA supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
