Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings in O'Fallon, MO. You will work with a BCBA, collect data, and help children build skills. The role is part-time with daytime and evening hours.

Qualifications include an active CPR and RBT certification, plus a high school diploma. Reliable transportation is required. Background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community.
• Collect and record data on child’s progress.
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
