Job summary

Finni Health is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Affton, MO. This in-person role requires delivering one-on-one ABA therapy at clients' homes and in the community, under supervision. You will collect progress data and collaborate with families and a BCBA to support each child’s growth.

The position emphasizes reliable transportation, CPR and RBT certification, plus a passion for helping children with special needs. Flexible daytime/evening hours and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Active CPR and RBT certifications.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community.
• Collect and record data on child's progress.
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
