Job summary

Finni Health is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person work in O’Fallon, MO. You will deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and support families in implementing behavior plans.

Qualified candidates hold an active RBT and CPR certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. The role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for professional growth and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community.
• Collect and record data on child’s progress.
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
