Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for in-home, school, and community therapy in Burlington, NC. This part-time position offers afternoon hours Mon–Fri with billable direct therapy at $23/hour and non-billable time paid at $10/hour.

The role requires working under a BCBA, with an existing BCBA assigned to the case. Our team emphasizes flexible hours, client continuity, and a clear advancement path within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be a current RBT in good standing.
• Ability to deliver direct therapy per 97153.
• Willingness to work Mon–Fri afternoons in Burlington, NC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan.
• Work under BCBA supervision and with assigned BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for billing and progress.
• Provide supportive care to families and clients in-home or during visits.
