Job summary

Kennedy ABA in Angier, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy during evenings and weekends. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a supportive, collaborative team focused on helping children reach their potential.

You’ll work 1:1 with clients, implement plans created by a BCBA, collect accurate data, and coordinate with families to ensure sessions are engaging and safe. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Requires active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
