Job summary

Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy during the evening and weekend hours in Knightdale, NC. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, materials support, and bonus opportunities with competitive pay of $25–$30/hour.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, implementing BCBA-created plans, data collection, and collaboration with families and the team.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
