Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in-home in Brick Township, NJ. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, providing focused one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD and collecting progress data.

Responsibilities include data collection via Central Reach, collaborating with the BCBA, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop and implement behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
