Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child with autism in New Jersey. The role emphasizes a flexible schedule, data collection, and collaboration with a supervising BCBA. Training and onboarding are provided to ensure confident sessions.

Pay ranges from $25 to $33 per hour, with expected 10–15 hours weekly and potential travel compensation. In-person work with a supportive team culture is offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred).
• Experience working with young children (preferred).
• Applied Behavior Analysis (Required) documented or stated in application materials.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members.
