Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Arizona. You will work alongside a BCBA to implement ABA therapy plans and support individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities.

The position offers a part-time/in-home schedule with competitive pay based on experience, plus benefits such as health vision and dental for full-time staff and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors (Central Reach).
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop and implement behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
