Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home 1:1 therapy with children aged 1–21. The role emphasizes high-quality ABA interventions, data collection, and coordination with program staff to maintain consistency of services.

We offer the flexibility of part-time and full-time positions with a transparent hourly pay range of $18–$28, weekly pay, health insurance, incentive programs, and referrals. Join a team focused on growth, support, and professional respect.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required and BACB approved.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication with families, supervisors and peers.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collects data, analyzes progress, and prepares for presentation.
• Coordinates with program staff to ensure consistency of services.
