Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team in Kingman, AZ. You will work under a BCBA, implementing therapy plans and collecting progress data for individuals with ASD.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and collaboration with our BCBA and team to ensure effective interventions while maintaining a supportive environment for clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for therapy.
