Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Arizona. You will implement ABA therapy plans under supervision, provide one-on-one sessions, and collect progress data with a BCBA.

The role emphasizes collaboration, reliable transportation, and strong communication. This is a part-time/in-home opportunity with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
