Job summary

Hire Care Services ABA in Lumberton, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with 15-25+ hours per week, flexible afternoon and after-school sessions, and a competitive hourly rate of $21–$25.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
