Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, following individualized therapy plans under BCBA supervision.

We offer training, ongoing supervision, flexible scheduling, and a path for growth. Part-time or full-time roles available with paid training and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in clients\' homes implementing therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and share updates with families.
• Coordinate with the supervising BCBA and clinical team.
• Stay engaged with the in-home ABA team to ensure consistent care.
