Job summary

The Treetop is hiring In-Clinic/In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism across Arizona (Phoenix area and surrounding cities). You’ll work 1:1 with clients, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA supervisor, and travel to clients’ homes as needed.

We offer competitive pay ($22-$30/hour), paid training, weekly PTO from day one, full-time benefits, and ongoing supervision. Flexible scheduling based on client needs is available to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; ABA experience a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in-home and in-clinic settings.
• Follow plans designed by a supervising BCBA and track client progress.
