Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in Phoenix. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement individualized therapy plans, and document progress under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children who have autism.
• Strong communication with families and BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism implementing therapy plans
• Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs
• Keep families updated on child progress
• Receive supervision from a BCBA
