Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, and Mesa. This role offers competitive pay of $22-$30/hour and provides the chance to work directly with children in their natural environment, guided by BCBAs.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans, tracking progress, and providing support to families. Candidates should be patient and excited about working with children, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and keep families updated on their child's development.
